A profile that is usually pressed into hard PVC which provides conveyor belts with low-friction properties towards metals and plastics. Conveyor belts with this profile are highly suitable for applications with slider-bed support or accumulation. The profile can also be applied to soft PVC belts used mainly to convey products like dough. This prevents the suction effect of the product on the belt.
Nitta conveyor belts with a PVC coating on the bottom side are supplied with the square profile as standard.
